Sleepy Thyme Pulse Point Oil is a new twist on the massage oil of the same name.
I found most of my customers were buying the smaller 30g size massage oil to use on their temples and pulse points rather than using it for massage so i’ve reformulated it slightly and bought it back as just a pulse point oil.
It’s a much more practical size to keep beside the bed now and, thanks to it’s pumpy top, you can’t tip it over! Every bedroom should have a bottle of this!

Sleepy Thyme Pulse Point Oil is a lovely organic, natural product that will help you to drift off to sleep via the power of essential oils
Anything you put on your skin ends up in your bloodstream within about 20 minutes. The organic essential oils that I use in the sleepy thyme fragrance blend all work together to help you to relax.
How do you use Sleepy Thyme Pulse Point Oil?
For optimum sleep enhancement I recommend that you use sleepy thyme massage oil on your temples and pulse points. It's also beneficial to use it behind your knees and the soles of your feet! Weird I know but it really works!
What does Sleepy Thyme Massage Oil contain?
coconut oil: deeply moisturises and nourishes your skin
jojoba oil: mimics skins sebum by 95% so it's like adding your own moisture back onto your skin
apricot kernel oil: sinks into skin a treat and helps to carry the essential oils into the skin
pure vitamin E oil: helps to reduce scarring and blemishes and promotes healing
It also contains six deeply relaxing essential oils.

- Sweet Marjoram
- Blue Chamomile
- Cedarwood
- Vetiver
Individually, each fragrance is well-known for calming the senses. Blended together, they are a powerful stress-buster, helping to release mental and physical tension while promoting a deep and peaceful night’s sleep.
Although this is a 100% natural product it does contain essential oils and therefore is not recommended for babies and children under 10.

Sleepy Thyme Pulse Point Oil comes in a 30g aluminium bottle with a pumpy top so you will never use too much. A little goes a long way and you won't need much for your temples and pulse points.
If you're using it on the soles of your feet pop some socks on afterwards to protect your bedding and carpets etc.

coconut oil (cocos nucifera), jojoba oil (simmondsia chinensis), apricot kernel oil (prunus armeniaca), pure vitamin E oil (tocopherol), lavender (lavandula angustifolia), lemon thyme (thymus serphyllum), sweet marjoram (origanum majorana), blue chamomile (chamomilla recutita matricaria), cedarwood (cedrus atlantica), vetivert (vetiveria zizanoides).

I was sceptical (as similar products don’t really do much for me), but got one in a goody bag – which was great, as that was when the same-scent bath bombs were around which I adored! – and tried it. It does seem to help me sleep! Smells great. So… try it!
