More about Skin Warming Hand and Body Lotion
It contains a fabulous blend of moisturising oils like coconut and apricot kernel plus organic peppermint tea and the delightfully warming wintergreen, cinnamon and peppermint essential oils.
Skin warming hand and body lotion is wonderful to use as a post massage therapy when your skin is already feeling warm and receptive. I’ve designed all my creams and lotions to sink straight into the skin so when this lotion is applied it sinks in and carries all the lovely massage oils and their aromatherapy qualities deep into the epidermis of the skin so you get a double whammy of moisture and a boost to the effects of the massage oils.
What about those essential oils?
Wintergreen essential oil: was used by native Americans for pain relief and muscle aches. It’ penetrates the skin really well so it can relieve the symptoms of arthritis and it can gently warm the skin and improve the circulation.
Cinnamon essential oil: great for stomach cramps, colds and flu it also has warming properties. It’s anti inflamatory and pain relieving and smells incredible!
Peppermint essential oil: stimulates the circulation to help to warm you up and helps the other two oils to work their magic.
The lotion comes in the new size 120ml glass jars with an aluminium lid so it’s totally plastic free!
A little goes a long way and the smaller size jar ensures that you use every bit during its shelf life. The product won’t go off but the essential oils will deteriorate over time and won’t be as effective so it’s best used within 9 months of opening.
