You need just 3 or 4 teaspoons for a decadent spa experience. Give the glass jar a shake first, then fill the cotton bag and place into the running bath.
Give the cotton bag a squeeze in the water. The oats will start to turn the water milky and the essential oils and butters will disperse into the water releasing their intoxicating heady fragrance.
So, what’s in it?
The deeply relaxing aroma comes from 5 essential oils**.
Jasmine absolute, known for its sensual (and even aphrodisiac) effect, organic lavender and rose absolute to calm and soothe redness and irritated skin. To relieve stress, calm inflammation and hydrate dry skin, I’ve added organic geranium bourbon and organic ylang ylang.
The super-moisturising qualities are thanks to a delicious blend of organic gluten free oats, organic cocoa and shea butters, plus organic evening primrose oil.
And then there’s the flower petals – dried lavender, calendula, jasmine, chamomile and orange blossom flowers.
There’s enough for about 10 baths. To keep it fresh and effective, close the jar lid after use and use within 6 months.

**Essential oils have many different properties. They are added to my products in very safe dilutions (especially in the case of soap and bath bombs which are further diluted in water) – in line with strict safety standards for aromatherapy. However, it’s important to do your own research into their safety. Consult your medical practitioner if you are pregnant or have any specific medical conditions that could be exacerbated by the use of this product.
