Glycerine and lavender intensive hand cream is such a lovely moisturising product. It’s 100% natural and fragranced with heavenly organic lavender essential oil.
What’s in Glycerine and Lavender Intensive Hand Cream?
Palm Free Glycerine: A humectant, whereby it carries moisture deep into the epidermis of the skin. So if you use the cream at night it can do its work while you are sleeping and you will wake up with soft silky mitts.
Apricot Kernel Oil: Wonderfully light and easily absorbed into the skin, this oil is high in antioxidant Vitamin E to keep skin soft and supple.
Coconut oil: Has so many benefits which are well documented and good for all dry skin conditions.
Jojoba wax: This wax has amazing properties which mimic the skins own sebum so it’s like putting your own natural moisture back onto your skin. A little candelila wax is also added for extra stability.
Lavender essential oil: So soothing and helps with all minor skin ailments. It is particularly good for burns and scalds. Plus the smell of the lavender essential oil in the hand cream will relax you and help you sleep!
How to use Glycerine and Lavender Intensive Hand Cream:
Apply at night to hands, paying attention to any dry, scaly patches or cracks in the skin. Also work it into your cuticles as it will soften and nourish them.
The hand cream will work hard over night, replacing lost moisture and softening the skin. In the morning your hands will feel soft, smooth and supple.
(I always end up using too much cream so I rub the excess into my elbows and knees plus some on my temples to help me sleep)!
I find it so effective that I don’t need to use hand cream during the day at all.

This hand cream comes in a 60g aluminium tin which is infinitely recyclable.

palm free glycerine, jojoba wax (simmondsia chinensis), apricot kernel oil (prunus armeniaca), coconut oil (cocos nucifera), candelila wax (euphorbia cerifera), lavender essential oil (lavandula angustifolia).

Very thick and buttery, you genuinely don’t need to use much. But I do anyway because it’s so lovely ! Very rich, very fragrant, smells like a beautiful bunch of flowers. Definitely a night crème as it would be quite oily to use in the day, but I sit in bed and massage it in for several minutes, which in itself is a nice thing to do for your hands. It is then mostly absorbed leaving a light oily film. In the morning my hands are soft and the skin is plumper which is great for hands that are starting to get a bit wrinkly! That look lasts all day and even after washing my hands several times a day at work, I can still feel the softness. Like other reviewers I find I no longer need to add hand cream during the day, this, once a day at bed time, is more than enough. And I love lavender 🙂
I think I’m going to blast my way through a pot that should last 6 months, just because I use far too much of it because the experience of the night time ritual is so nice.

Lovely to use, I use this overnight. My hands are lovely and smooth despite a lot of gardening, the smell is lovely too. Have given as a present to a couple of friend renovating a house, lots of decorating and she loved it as a good hand remedy. Packaging looks nice too.

This hand cream is so effective and you don’t need very much at all. I’ve had the same tin for almost a year. It’s best applied at night as it’s so rich.
