Cool, calm and collected soap is a visually beautiful, swirly pastel soap that smells as good as it looks.
As with all my products it’s made from orgainc ingredients and fragranced with a sublime blend of organic essential oils which work together to calm your mind and brighten your mood.
The oil combination is also great for helping to relieve hot flushes.

What is cool, calm & collected soap made from?
- Olive oil: Super moisturising and softens skin.
- Sunflower oil: A lovely light oil which helps to create a soft lather.
- Coconut oil: Super hydrating, great for your skin and also makes the soap super bubbly.
- Unrefined, fair trade cocoa butter: Adds luxurious moisture and hydration to your skin.
- Unrefined fair trade shea butter: Helps with scarring, stretch marks and all dry skin conditions.
About the essential oils:
Clary Sage can help with hot flushes when applied (diluted) to the back of the neck or over your feet. It can also be inhaled on a tissue where it can lift the mood. When applied to the skin it can also help to relieve muscle cramps.
Lavender promotes feelings of relaxation and helps to improve the quality of sleep.
Geranium has been found to help menopausal women manage hormonal changes. Inhaling geranium oil can relive stress and applying it is great for dry skin.
Lemon and Bergamot can lift the mood and promote feelings of peace. Citrus oils are anti inflammatory so they can help with aches and pains.
